Acceptance

By using DueFirst you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use DueFirst.

Acceptable use

• Do not use DueFirst for anything illegal or harmful.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use DueFirst to impersonate others or harass anyone.

Academic integrity

DueFirst is a study coach, not a ghostwriter. You are responsible for following your school's academic honesty rules. Submitting AI-generated work as your own may violate those rules, and that responsibility is yours alone.

AI output

Responses are generated by AI models and can be incomplete or wrong. Always verify deadlines, grades, and factual claims against your course materials and Canvas before relying on them.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so the service can work for you.

Third-party connections

Connecting Canvas LMS or other integrations is optional and subject to those providers' own terms. You can disconnect them at any time in Settings.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DueFirst is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed deadlines, lost grades, or lost data.

Termination

You may stop using DueFirst and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
